The Norwich Sea Captains will host their third annual Youth Hockey Camp August 11-15 at the RoseGarden Ice Arena. Sea Captains staff and players, as well as Wesleyan University women’s hockey coach, Jodi McKenna, will run the on and off ice sessions aimed at helping players prepare for the coming season by working on their individual skills and decision making in a development-oriented environment. The camp is open the boys and girls born in 2007 or later.
We will offer a half day Mite and Squirt Camp which will run from 8:30 to 11:30 AM Monday through Thursday. The Mite and Squirt camp schedule will include 6.25 hours of ice time as well as off ice sessions with age-specific workouts designed to improve on ice performance.

9:45 to 11 AM – Competition (All ages)
We will also offer a full day Peewee, Bantam, Midget/High School Camp which will run from 9:15 AM to 3:15 PM Monday through Thursday. The Peewee, Bantam and Midget/High School Camp will include 10:25 hours of ice time as well as off ice sessions with age-specific workouts designed to improve on ice performance. Players will be divided by age and experience within this group to maximize their development.

All campers will receive an online evaluation at the conclusion of the camp (sample to be shared with registration confirmation). All campers will also receive a free ticket to the 2025-26 Sea Captains home game of their choice!
The camp schedule may require slight time adjustments, All players will receive a final schedule by email no later than the evening of Sunday, August 3 (or upon their registration if after this date) .
