The Norwich Sea Captains of the North American 3 Hockey League are looking for some additional billet families for the upcoming 2024-25 season. Billet families host one (or more) of our players for the duration of our season, from September through mid to late March. Players provide their own transportation. This season our players will be coming from all over the United States and will all be between the ages of 17 and 20. They are playing for us in order to continue their development and gain advancement opportunities in their quest to play college hockey.
We ask that billet families provide:
- Hosted player with their own room or a share room with a teammate
- Nutritious meals and snacks
- Wifi access (most of our players will be taking college classes)
Billet families are provided:
- $550 per month stipend to offset expenses from their billet
- Season tickets to all Sea Captains home games
- Free youth hockey camps and clinics
- Custom Replica Sea Captains jersey
- The opportunity to support a young hockey player in pursuit of his dream
